In 2011, Cyndi Wilkens life changed forever. What the doctor thought was a bad case of the flu, turned out to be an attack on her body of "flesh eating disease". She was placed in a coma in the hospital and a doctor told her husband to prepare for the worst.
To save her life, the doctors had no choice but to amputate her hands and feet. Then her husband, Marc prayed, and God showed up. While Cyndi lost the use of for four limbs, she learned how to succeed in life all over again.
Today, Cyndi is a wife and a "hands-on" mom . She continues to speak across Canada and globally, sharing her amazing journey and God's redeeming work through the ministry of Shine On.
God is in the people who come forward to shine a light into your life.

Equip and support families facing life altering events by providing unfunded accessible equipment, counseling and resources.

We partner with international ministries to provide hope and healing for those facing dark times.

INSPIRATION through our podcast, YouTube and print publications for adults and children.
Shine On Missions partnered with Aanandit Charity in Nepal to provide an evening out for youth. We climbed a mountain top and watched the sunrise over the Himalayas. Living right in Katmandu some of these children had never seen a sunrise. Others have faced trials that we cannot even imagine. Yet, they smile and share their testimonies. Shine On Missions supports this charity by providing the salary for the young lady who not only grew up in the girls home, but now along with her husband, takes care of the youth hostel. She is also a very bright light.
Shine On Missions with Words to Inspire, and Aanandit Aid to Nepal, recently launched program cards enabling Canadians to sponsor the education of children in Nepal, where the cost is very high. You can also sponsor a child in daycare so that their parent can work and provide for the family. If you are interested in sponsoring, please reach out and contact us or download the attached sponsorship card. There are always children in need.
